With APC Factory Renewed UPSs, Schneider Electric offers an environmentally conscious and economical solution for a reliable power supply. Instead of disposing of the devices, they are carefully refurbished as part of the Circular Certified programme. This concept focuses on reuse, refurbishment and recycling. In this way, Schneider Electric extends the service life of its products and actively contributes to the conservation of resources.
During the refurbishment process, all UPS systems are thoroughly inspected, overhauled and repaired if necessary. Individual components are replaced, minor signs of wear are removed and the devices are then comprehensively tested. After successful testing, they receive the ‘Refurbished by Schneider’ seal, which stands for tested quality, traceability and manufacturer's warranty.
