Take advantage of Eaton's trade-in programme and exchange your old or defective UPS systems (from any manufacturer) for new single-phase systems from Eaton at special conditions.
You can also contribute to sustainability by sending your old UPS system to us. It will be reconditioned by our IT remarketing department and thus re-enter the cycle. Alternatively, you can dispose of the old UPS yourself. In both cases, we require your company details and information about the old UPS. If IT-Planet disposes of the UPS, it must be packed securely for transport. We will provide you with a label for shipping.

We offer replacement batteries for Eaton UPS devices. These batteries have been specially developed for Eaton devices and can be easily replaced if their capacity decreases over time. The available battery types include lead-acid batteries with closed or open cells and lithium-ion batteries, the latter of which have a particularly long service life. Despite their impressive longevity, we recommend planning for the timely replacement of each type of battery to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
