Take advantage of Eaton’s trade-in program and exchange your old or defective UPS systems (from any manufacturer) for new single-phase Eaton systems at special conditions.
You’ll also contribute to sustainability by sending your old UPS system to us. Through our IT remarketing process, it will be refurbished and reintroduced into the cycle. Alternatively, you can dispose of the old UPS yourself. In both cases, we require your company information and details about the old UPS. If disposal is handled by IT-Planet, transport-safe packaging is required, for which you will receive a shipping label from us.

We offer replacement batteries for Eaton UPS devices. These batteries are specifically designed for Eaton equipment and can be easily replaced when their capacity diminishes over time. Available battery types include sealed or vented lead-acid batteries as well as lithium-ion batteries, the latter offering particularly long service life. Despite their impressive longevity, we recommend planning timely battery replacements for all types to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
